What Makes It a MSSNL Retreat

  • Jesus: Every Retreat begins with Jesus. We open Scripture, make room to listen, and explore one clear area of discipleship together.
  • Adventure: We take in God’s world and do things worth remembering. Adventure creates shared stories, challenge, laughter, and room for deeper relationships.
  • Community: We travel small on purpose. Shared meals, honest conversations, prayer, and time together turn a group of travelers into a community.
  • One Church: Local churches make the global Church personal. We listen, learn, encourage one another, and serve where we are invited.
  • Leadership: Learn to lead like Jesus—in business, at home, and in your community. Listen well, serve faithfully, and help others grow.
  • Mission: We come home. What Jesus forms across the sea becomes a faithful life across the street.

How It Works

  1. CONNECT: Tell us which 2027–2028 destination interests you. We will share dates and details as each retreat takes shape.
  2. GO: Join a small group for Scripture, adventure, and relationship with a local church—as part of the global Church.
  3. BELONG: Complete your first MSSNL Retreat and become part of the MSSNL community.
  4. LIVE SENT: Return home and continue the rhythm: live what you learned and follow Jesus wherever He has placed you.

THE MSSNL COMMUNITY

Your first MSSNL Retreat is the beginning.

Once you have shared a journey with MSSNL, you become part of a growing community of people who want to follow Jesus faithfully and live on mission wherever He leads.

Members can receive early access to future Retreats, invitations to member Expeditions and gatherings, opportunities to return to relationships across the global Church, and ways to bring others along.

There are no annual membership dues.

You don’t buy your way in. You share the journey.

MSSNL Retreats are created in partnership with Praying Pelican Missions and trusted local churches and leaders around the world.

Those local relationships make the global Church personal.
